Shipping Information

We ship daily! Our facility is conveniently located just 90 minutes from the nearest airport, allowing us to provide prompt service. All Maine Coon kittens are shipped via airlines or trusted external courier services, depending on the destination and customer preference. We do not ship through USPS, as this is not permitted, so please do not ask. We also offer worldwide shipping.

For airline shipments, kittens are transported in special airline-approved pet carriers equipped with secure water containers and ample food to ensure their safety and comfort, even in the event of flight delays. For external courier services, we take the same level of care to ensure the kittens’ well-being throughout their journey.

Shipping Process

Choosing the Closest Shipping Option

A shipping specialist will identify the closest airport or trusted courier service hub for delivery. We work only with airlines that implement a Pet Safe Program and partner with reliable couriers that prioritize animal safety.

Coordinating Schedules

Once the most suitable shipping option is chosen, we’ll coordinate schedules and book your kitten’s transport. You’ll receive a detailed itinerary via email, including flight times, schedules, and pick-up or delivery location.

Updates & Communication

After your kitten is checked in, we’ll notify you via email and/or phone. On the day of shipment, we will provide continual updates on your kitten’s journey until it safely arrives at your home.

What to Expect Upon Delivery

🐾 Your kitten will arrive in a brand-new airline or courier-approved pet carrier with absorbent bedding, food, and a water dish.
🐾 For airline shipments, kittens travel in a temperature-controlled, pressurized section of the aircraft to ensure their comfort.
🐾 The shipping price covers all expenses except for an updated health certificate, which must be arranged by the purchaser or breeder.
🐾 Any fees incurred due to flight or courier cancellations will be the responsibility of the recipient.
